These AIO (All-In-One) mods make my work look weak

Jake von Slatt steampunk AIO (all in one) PC Doc Datamancer steampunk LCD

There was a time when I was proud of my latest handiwork with my Polycarbonate AIO PC I built for my mother, but Jake von Slatt and Doc Datamancer are making me look like a little kid with works like the above.  I’d post a picture of my work but I’m a little intimidated by the work above so I’ll let you follow the link to see for yourself.  Nice work Jake and Doc!

With super photos. It looks to me George like you’ve done a super job getting it all set up. -d

I enjoyed watching how you put together your custom PCs. More of that please…

Looks like you’re back in the game George!

You write ‘em, we’ll read ‘em!

    Keep ‘em coming.

    Best,

I keep slacking on my case modding and George, you keep posting items that remind me that I need to get back to work. Of course, I still can’t even take the time to get my Asus Eee PC review written up. Perhaps today will be the day though.

While the steampunk “look and feel” is sometimes not my cup of tea (there seem to be a lot of sub-genres within it, and I don’t like the ones that remind me of “goth” as much), the mentality and attitude of it is awesome! I’ve been reading Jake’s work for a while, if I had learned to weld instead of writing code, I would probably be doing the things he does instead of the things I do. :) J.Ja
